Shipping

We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery for all UK orders under £30 and DHL Express delivery services for all UK orders over £30. Postage on all domestic UK orders is free*. International parcels are sent via Royal Mail’s Airsure service and DHL Secure By Road service depending on the size and value of the goods. Shipping is charged at a flat rate and will be updated at checkout once you have updated your country in the cart pages.

Returns Policy

Exchanges or refunds are available on any goods returned to us in as new condition within 21 days of receipt. We reserve the right to deduct the original cost of postage from all refunds where there is no fault. Items sent back after 21 days will not be eligible for a refund and instead will be given as store credit.

For us to process your return/refund effectively please email info(at)indcsn(dot)com with your order number, the name on the order, products to be exchanged/returned and we will get back to you with our returns address and procedure. We aim to answer all returns emails within 24 hours Mon-Fri. (Not including public holidays)
